No, really, this is important. Don’t judge this fragrance out of the bottle (OOB). OOB, the smokey base note of Lavender Embers will seem overpowering. Even on a fragrance blotter, this fragrance is overpoweringly smokey. You will only be able to truly experience the mystique of this fragrance in a base like wax, soap, lotion, etc.

Can't Get Enough

It is such a shame that (most) people's gut reaction is when they feel the need to write a scathing review before truly giving something a chance. Yikes. Take it easy friends! Obv this scent is not going to be for everyone, however - maybe you just need to mention that little disclaimer before totally trashing it. I, however, absolutely love this FO!!! But then I do prefer smoky, earthy scents to begin with. I seriously want to drape myself in this scent all day/every day. CS has totally nailed it with this one! It is the most beautiful combo capturing the best notes of lavender, smoke and earth with a sweet warmth to mellow it all out. Very mysterious and calming - as described. The cold throw is glorious and it burns beautifully in my candles at 8%. It stops me in my tracks whenever I get a whiff and immediately puts a smile on my face! love love love <3

I am 10000 percent sure that this is the scent that morphes with time and just exponentially blossoms into even sultrier shades of lavender than it already has coming straight out of the bottle. Rich, lux, thick, yet subtle lavender smooths the heavy. Perfect blend of strong and smooth. could def use to add some life to watered down fragrances or white oils.

I love this scent so much, it's so unique and has a great cold and hot throw. It's masculine and smoky without being overpowering, and the lavender tempers the other notes so that it doesn't smell rubbery like other smoke scents I've tried. It's gorgeous in 464 wax!

This fragrance really wasn't what I expected at first (I had originally used it in a candle ordered from another shop, and then decided to come here to order the fragrance on its own), but I grew to love it ! It's VERY smoky, and very unique. I could see people either strongly loving it or the other way around, but I personally adore it and it's one of my top favorite fragrances from this website.
