This wax is ok, has a good hot and cold throw, but i followed the instructions as closely as possible and still ended up with deep invisible sinkholes around the wick in the good majority of my candles. Experimentation with various aspects didn’t really help either, but a heat gun fixed the problem. my candles are still sellable, but some got frosting after being hit with the heat gun and it was a lot of extra time to the process. Not sure what i can try anymore to prevent this.

Hi, I'm using this wax and tried the CD 22 6" wick for a 3.00" container, and it is tunneling. Which wick do you guys recommend? By the way, the texture of the wax is amazing! I'm just having problems with the wick.

If you do happen to get a sink hole with your wax, a heat gun will fix it. My clients and I have been happy with the candles made from this wax.

I really like this wax but i feel like it doesn’t give a strong hot throw and i think it’s because I’m using a melter instead of a double boiler and i am not sure at what temperature to set my melter because at 185F it gets too cold once i pour the wax into my pitcher and I’m not sure if setting the temperature a little higher will burn the wax or if it will affect the wax

First time using GB 454 Coconut Soy Wax, heated the wax to 185 (as specified) but when I took it off the stove the temp dropped quickly (didn't write down what temp it was at), poured the wax into the container, and received beautiful candles! On the second try - I poured at 170 - because I didn't write down what temp I poured my first time and now I'm struggling with minor sinkholes. Help!! I love this wax. (The cold and hot throw is amazing!)
