Rewards are special disounts you can apply to your orders. When you earn enough points, you redeem them for these discounts.
You earn points when your online orders are shipped or picked up, on your birthday, and on your account anniversary for eligible tiers. We'll be adding more ways to earn points soon. Order points are calculated based on your order subtotal, which excludes tax, shipping, and discounts. You'll earn 1 point for every dollar.
Yes, you must log in or create an account to earn and redeem points.
Once you've earned enough points, you can select a reward in your cart at checkout. Just log in to see your points and available rewards.
Unless otherwise stated, points only expire if your account has not placed an order in twelve months.
Log in and visit the Rewards page to check your points total, available rewards, and your current tier.
Earn more points to reach higher tiers. Once you achieve a new tier, you'll stay in it for one full year.
Tiers are checked monthly. If you haven't earned enough points in the past 12 months to maintain your current tier, you'll move down to a lower tier.
Each customer should use only one account to earn points and rewards. Points cannot be transferred between accounts. If you cancel an order or return an item, points will be deducted from your total.
Update your birthday month within your Account Settings section. You'll receive points at the start of your birthday month.
