Updated January 2025 - Revised Recipe

Oil Temperature 93.9ºF

Fragrance was added at a light trace. We experience excessive acceleration, but no acceleration. The soap seized almost immediately and does not play well in cold process soap.

After 30 days, the soap discolored to a Light Yellow. Scent retention is strong and true.

We recommend this fragrance for use in hot process soapmaking and melt and pour.

Candle Review

First sniff from the bottle, it smelled as fresh bread or a fresh bakery would. Once it hit the wax at 10%, a horrid chemical smell overpowered the atmosphere so I poured more wax to bring it down to 8%. It has a really light cold throw and I didn't have much hope but after a week of curing, it is very fragrant at 5 minutes of burning and the chemical smell isn't detectable. I didn't find it to be too sweet as others have mentioned but we all have our own senses. It smells like real dough. I think it'd be suitable for fall but it's nice enough for year round since its not spiced. For the price, I'll think about it. Still on the fence.

Light On Throw
Laura 2025-03-16

Wasn't blown away when I opened the bottle. The cured version is much better, does have the scent of bread, but could be stronger? I'll play around with measurements because the usual didn't give me too much of a throw.

Smells SO GOOD!

I didn't think I would be crazy about this scent, but when I poured it I was blown away! It smells liked baked bread with a hint of chocolate. Like tiny hint just to elevate it. I love it so much!
