Awesome Fragrance!
Wendy 2025-01-05

Not sure why so many say it doesn’t work in CP soap? Worked like a charm for me. Ran my oils and lye at 128 degrees. It does accelerate but it will only accelerate very fast if you trace your batter too much. Otherwise, it works great. Not recommend for those who want to add color because you don’t have enough time for that but you do have time to pour without ricing and separation at a light trace. Made a beautiful bar and it smells very good.
If you work with fragrances that trace too fast it may be the oils in your recipe and you may be running your lye and oil temp too low. I’ve noticed if I run my oils and lye at around 130 to 128 I have better workability with my batches with fragrances that accelerate quickly.

I should have read the reviews first

Smells heavenly but does not behave well in cp soap. It was fine at first but immediately solidified after coming to a light trace. I’m not experienced enough yet to have discovered any ways of salvaging when that happens, so it was a waste. I wish I’d read the reviews before trying but I would purchase again for candles.

Not for soap
Katrina Richett 2024-10-22

I made 2 separate soap today and used the Lemongrass and Lime fragrance. The first batch hardened so quickly I could not get it into the mold.
The second one was better but not good it traced very quickly and also hardened in the pan. I love the fragrance but will not use it again for c/p soap.
Maybe for candles.

Gave me trouble
Jenny S 2024-06-29

I love the fragrance but in CP soap it did rice and accelerated moderately as well. I soaped about 84 F and didn't blend it much to emulsify but wound up very thick before the ricing was dealt with. So no swirls. Layered instead. It was so bad I won't purchase again. Sad
