Imagine a summer meadow drenched in the morning sunlight, rows of lavender flowers gently shifting in a light breeze. Our Lavender fragrance oil stays true to this classic, beautiful flower, enhancing the natural aroma of lavender with notes of citrus, camphor, and eucalyptus.

This timeless, best-selling fragrance has a place in any line, whether used on its own or as part of a blend. The revised version captures the authentic, delicate aroma of lavender with slightly stronger floral notes and less camphor.

This fragrance oil is infused with natural essential oils, including eucalyptus, cedarwood, lavandin, clove bud, Cananga flower, pine, spike lavender, Cedrus atlantica, Nootka tree, ginger, and sweet orange.

Note: This product is available in a non-standard 15 oz size due to a higher concentration of natural oils that make it less dense. This size is equivalent to the standard 16oz bottles available for most of our other fragrance oils.

We experienced a moderate amount of acceleration but no separation. Once we began stick blending a thick trace was achieved quickly but the batter did not seize. We immediately poured into the mold and it was just fluid enough that it didn’t plop into the mold. We were able to tamp the full mold on the table and smooth the surface almost completely. After 24 hours, we observed that the soap almost reached a full gel and there was no discoloration. The scent was mild. After 30 days, there was no discoloration and the scent was still mild, but had a fresh lavender aroma. Various design techniques could be used that require a thick trace. Just prepare to work quickly!

Be advised if using with soap

This is the most beautiful lavender fragrance oil that mimics my lavender essential oil almost perfectly. With that being said, be prepared that the fragrance oil will accelerate and slightly rice your batter. It was not a complete ceasing of the batter, but it was not easy to work with. It was a "sloppy plop" by the end. Candle Science warns there will be slight acceleration with the batter so I knew that going in. I used the max fragrance load for soap and that's probably why my soap accelerated so quickly. If you use the same amount of fragrance oil as I do, I would plan for a one color soap. On a side note… and just my own personal mini soap box rant… Soapers who take stars off for fragrances that accelerate soap batter is not right. I know Candle Science has branched out to helping soapers determine whether a particular fragrance oil is soap safe. But remember their main customers are candlemakers. If you want to take a chance on a fragrance oil and it is not the outcome you wanted, educate fellow soapers and move on. Every single one of Candle Science fragrances are amazing. I have almost all of them. I use them for lotion, candles, scrubs, body oil, hair oil and of course soap. If you don't like the fragrance that is not what I am talking about. What I am saying is just because you have an unexpected soap outcome with a fragrance oil does not mean it's not a great product. It's just not for you. Rant over.

What a beautiful authentic lavender scent. Nothing chemical about it. Just like sniffing real lavender buds! How? Lol. 🌿

I cannot wait to combine this to my pumpkin pie oil (also from here) Everyone?! TRY IT! It's (LV & pumpkin pie) such a sexy, lovely aphrodisiac like scent. Your fella will SO dig it! Or gal. 😜 I promise! I'm just now starting to make my own concoctions 🧙‍♀️🧹for fun! For me! And I won't go anywhere else but here now! Thank you! You are the bestest. You made my year. I needed a pick me up. Especially losing all my perfumes in a accident. 🇨🇦🍁♥️ "I'll be back!" ;)

I’ve hated florals and lavender scents for so long bc nothing ever smelled like real lavender… and believe me when I say that I’ve tried many samples from many suppliers… UNTIL NOW. Y’all this smells JUST like my lavender garden in peak summer. I have not tested it in wax, but I made bath bombs with it and it was sooo relaxing, I felt like my soul was leaving my body (in a good way lol). This is perfection!!
