Lye Water Temperature 100ºF (37.8°C)
Oil Temperature 100ºF (37.8°C)

We experience excessive acceleration but no separation. The oils and lye water slowly came to a stable emulsion but then instantly the batter turned into a thick trace. The soap now resembled mashed potatoes and turned a dark yellow color. It was quite stiff and we could not smooth it out. We dumped the soap into a mold and pressed it down firmly hoping to minimize any air pockets. After 24 hours the soap came out of the mold in one piece but the edges were not smooth. The center of the bars were yellow while the outer edges discolored to a dark brown. We observed the soap did reach a full gel and the scent was strong. After 30 days, the soap discolored to a dark chocolate brown color. The scent was a little lighter but still had the sweet caramel notes with a hint of popcorn.

I just brought this in during January. I literally sell out every time I put it on my shelves! The scent is incredible, my customers love it. I sort of thought it would be a fall fragrance and didn't know how well it would go over. Well, it's going over, oh yea, it's going over great!!

Amazing

This smells just like caramel corn, but not like butter popcorn if that makes sense. The caramel Praline and butter really come through on the scent with a touch of salt and popcorn one of my favorites from candle science

I love this for candles but especially for adding with body oil. It smells scrumptious hot and cold.
