Twist top lids
Twist top jars use a lug or "twist-off" closure to secure the lid to the jar. Be sure to confirm the lid is a fit for your jars—jar pairings are listed on the product page for each lid.
Threaded metal lids (continuous-thread)
Threaded lids feature a “screw on,” or continuous thread closure system in which the threads of the lid align and interlock with the threads around the opening of the jar. We carry several different styles for different jars. Be sure to confirm the lid is a fit for your jars—jar pairings are listed on the product page for each lid.
Flat lids
Flat metal lids feature an inner silicone fitment, or “plug,” that grips the lid to the jar. They have a brushed metal finish. Please note that jars with a flat metal lid cannot be picked up by the lid.
Glass lids
Glass lids have an open friction fitment in a “plug” style that fit snugly into jars. Please note that jars with a glass lid cannot be picked up by the lid.
Plastic lids
Our plastic lids feature a continuous thread system that interlocks with the threads around the opening of the jar for a secure fit.
Wooden lids
Our wooden lids include options in bamboo, cork, and pine. The bamboo and pine wooden lids feature an inner silicone fitment that helps secure the lid to the jar. Please note that jars with any wooden lid cannot be picked up by the lid.
