I have a like / dislike relationship with this product. I like that it will eventually save me money on making my products however, it is costing me money to find a fragrance that doesn't turn cloudy. I have purchased many fragrances with CS and it has been extremely time consuming to find one that works. I have been through other companies fragrances and have the same result. I am just debating what to do it would be best if I can use this base that way I do not have to raise prices. Other than that the calculator is awesome, mixing it is easy even if you don't do large batches, sprays well in whatever bottle I use, no clogging. The pro's outweighs the con's for sure but still very concerned.

Seems pretty good so far. The base has a very overpowering scent to it, so I recommend using a little over the recommended 5% fragrance because when I used it at 5% the scent of the base made it smell off. It seems to be popular so far though!

The room spray was easy to make and was made according to website instructions. I sprayed in my vehicle but the scent seems to go away after about a hour. Will try with higher fragrance load to see if the fragrance lasts longer. I am not expecting hours of fragrance but I am looking for something for vehicles.

I am switching from Makesy organic wildcrafted witch hazel base. So far I am enjoying CS new base. I'm using 7% & 8% base and it throws well. Out of my 15 scents I have tested the following and some get cloudy and some do it. The throw is great!

Matcha and Bergamot- Cloudy
Black Sea- Cloudy
Blood Orange & Lime Agave (From Makesy)- Cloudy
Star Jasmine & Santal (From Makesy)- Cloudy
Baccarat Rouge 540 (type) (From Hive & Honey Co)- Cloudy
White Sage & Lavender (I cant remember but I want to say this is cloudy as well.)
My blend of Santal & Coconut w/ Jamaican Me Crazy- Wasn't Cloudy
Saffron Cedarwood- Not Cloudy
Lavender Driftwood- Not Cloudy
Dark Rose & Labdanum- Not Cloudy

So far these are the scents I've tested in the new base and I wanted to let you all know which ones will turn cloudy just in case you use them. You can either use a black jar or a amber jar. If you choose to use a frosted or clear jar you can just warn them about the cloudy look. They'll still smell great!

Just made 4 2oz. room spray bottles and I must say the scent does last. The look is a little cloudy, however, it looks fine. The fragrance is Amber Noir and it is a fresh, clean scent. I love it. It would be great in the car, bathroom, man's cave, or kids room. I recommend it highly. The tutorial was clear and easy to follow. Thank you for the calculator for measuring each product. I think this is going to be great for those who like candles. but don't want to burn them for one reason or another.
